About the Journal
The Journal of Mind & Psychological Science (TJMPS) is an independent, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal committed to advancing knowledge across the full breadth of psychological science. Published quarterly, TJMPS provides a rigorous platform for original research, systematic reviews, theoretical analyses, and methodological contributions that deepen our understanding of human cognition, behaviour, and mental health.
Mission
TJMPS exists to bridge enduring psychological questions with the emerging forces reshaping the discipline — from artificial intelligence and digital therapeutics to cultural inclusivity and open science. We are committed to publishing work that is methodologically sound, theoretically meaningful, and socially relevant, with particular attention to research that informs clinical practice, public policy, and interdisciplinary dialogue.
Open Access Policy
TJMPS operates under a Gold Open Access model. All published articles are freely and permanently available to readers worldwide without subscription barriers. Authors retain copyright under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, permitting unrestricted reuse, distribution, and reproduction provided the original work is properly cited. We believe that publicly funded and socially significant research should be accessible to everyone — researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and the communities they serve.
Publication Frequency
TJMPS publishes four issues per year (quarterly): January, April, July, and October. Accepted manuscripts are published online ahead of print on a rolling basis to ensure timely dissemination.
Publisher
TJMPS is published independently from India and serves a global readership. The journal is managed through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, an internationally recognised infrastructure for transparent scholarly publishing.
