Submission Checklist

Before submitting, authors must confirm that all of the following conditions are met:

1.       The submission is original, has not been previously published, and is not under review at another journal.

2.      The manuscript is prepared in Microsoft Word (.docx) format, double-spaced, with 12-point serif font and 1-inch margins.

3.      The text conforms to APA 7th Edition style for formatting, headings, citations, and references.

4.      Two separate files are provided: (a) a title page with full author details, and (b) a blinded manuscript with all identifying information removed.

5.      A structured abstract of 200-250 words is included with Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusions sections.

6.      Four to six keywords are provided, listed alphabetically.

7.      All references include DOIs where available and are accurate and complete.

8.      Tables are editable (not images) and figures are at least 300 dpi.

9.      Ethical approval details (approving body, date, reference number) are stated in the manuscript.

10.   A Data Availability Statement is included.

11.    A Conflict of Interest declaration is provided for all authors.

12.   An AI Disclosure Statement is included if any generative AI tools were used during manuscript preparation.

All authors have read and approved the final manuscript and consent to submission.
